The ProOpt Advisor is based on a model that makes a predictive calculation of a process. Four different types of this system exist depending on how the model interacts with operational data:
- ProOpt planning: Comparing different feed mixes and process parameters in the modelled process
- ProOpt live: Support for operators/engineers based on live process data
- ProOpt analysis: Evaluation and reporting of past process perfomance comparing actual and modelled results
- ProOpt training: training in process control based on a virtual twin
